Thursday Night Talk… let’s be honest (Cleaning Coach Josie voice)
Women… did you know this?
Some men don’t just leave over “big” issues…they disconnect over what they experience every single day at home.
And I’m not speaking emotionally—I’m speaking as a cleaning coach with real field experience.
I go into homes and businesses daily, and I can tell you this:your environment speaks before you do.
There are studies that show clutter and unclean spaces increase stress, anxiety, and even cause people to withdraw mentally. So imagine someone working all day, then walking into:
trash not taken out
bathrooms not maintained
dishes sitting
odors in the air
That’s not peace… that’s pressure.
Now let me say this clearly…
If a man has mentioned more than once that the home needs to be cleaned he’s not just talking. He’s getting fed up.
Because men don’t always communicate emotionally…they communicate through repetition and behavior.
And ladies, I hear it all the time:“Well, he can help too.”
Yes… he can.But let’s elevate our mindset for a second
We shouldn’t want to live in an unclean home.
This isn’t about him. This is about us, our standards, and how we carry our space.
Your home is your palace. And a palace isn’t about what you have…it’s about how you maintain it.
You can have a small space and still have:
fresh air
clean floors
organized surroundings
a peaceful atmosphere
That’s what creates warmth. That’s what creates connection.
Because a clean home does something you can’t fake—it creates peace, clarity, and comfort.
And when peace is missing long enough…people start finding it elsewhere.
Let’s talk…
Do you believe cleanliness affects how someone feels about staying connected in a relationship?
Yes
No
