Cancellation Policy

House Cleaning Policy Just One Touch Cleaning provides residential cleaning services based solely on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Only services confirmed in advance are included. Same-day add-ons are not permitted. Payment is required prior to service. All pricing is flat-rate, agreed upon in advance, and non-negotiable on the day of cleaning. Services will not be performed without payment. Refunds are not issued. If an area is missed, we are happy to return and correct the issue when it is reported on the same day the client inspects the home. The home must be accessible at the scheduled service time. Entry instructions must be provided in advance. If access cannot be obtained, the scheduled service may be forfeited. All pets must be secured during cleaning. For safety and efficiency, we do not clean while being supervised or monitored. If a room is occupied or inaccessible during service, that room will not be cleaned. Clients are asked to clear excessive clutter from countertops, sinks, and floors and to disclose any fragile or specialty items prior to service. Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Homes with heavy activity or gatherings on the scheduled service day must be rescheduled in advance. We make every effort to arrive on time; however, cleaning durations vary. We do not leave a job until the service is complete. Any quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Before-and-after photos of kitchens or bathrooms may be taken for quality control or promotional purposes only. Personal items, family members, and identifying details are never photographed. Just One Touch Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not properly secured. By booking residential cleaning services, the client agrees to this House Cleaning Policy. Not Included in Any Recurring Package Interior oven, refrigerator, or appliances Deep bathroom grout detailing Wall washing or stain removal Organization or decluttering Moving heavy furniture or personal items Mold remediation, biohazards, or pest-related issues Important Recurring Service Notes First-time cleaning is required before recurring service begins Pricing assumes consistent upkeep between visits Skipped visits may require re-pricing or a deep clean Closed or occupied rooms will not be cleaned Quiet environments cannot be guaranteed Payment is due prior to each service
